One of the most popular colorways of the Air Jordan 17, the “Lightning” colorway, is rumored to be making a comeback in 2024, according to a report from Sole Retriever. The sneaker first released in 2002 and gained fame when Michael Jordan wore it during the NBA All-Star Game that year. The rumored reissue is expected to drop on Feb. 10, 2024, for a retail price of $250. This will be the second time the “Lightning” Jordan 17 Low is retroed, after SoleFly collaborated with Jordan Brand on a version in 2018.
