Lil Uzi Vert has just released his latest album, Pink Tape, and it’s definitely worth a listen. With 26 tracks and surprising covers like System Of A Down’s “Chop Suey,” as well as features from Nicki Minaj, Bring Me The Horizon, Don Toliver, and more, this album has something for everyone. However, one of the most exciting collaborations on the album is the track “Aye” featuring Travis Scott.

“Aye” is a song that is sure to be a hit during a live performance. The track is full of energy from start to finish, with lyrics like “I put them diamonds my teeth (Aye) / Might put somе diamonds my nose (Aye) / Aye, I put them diamonds my teeth (Aye) / Might put some diamonds my nosе (Aye, huh?).” When these two rappers come together, they bring a dynamic and energetic vibe.

The release of “Aye” is a welcome surprise for fans of Travis Scott, as they eagerly await his highly anticipated new album, Utopia. Although an official release date has yet to be announced, recent billboards have hinted at a possible arrival on July 21. The delay in releasing the album is due to the tragic events at the 2021 Astroworld festival, where ten people lost their lives and many others were injured. However, Travis Scott’s lawyer, Kent Schaffer, has stated that Travis is not responsible for the tragedy and will not face charges. Schaffer said, “He never encouraged people to do anything that resulted in other people being hurt… Travis is not responsible.”

Take a listen to “Aye” above and experience the energy firsthand.

Pink Tape is now available on Atlantic Records. You can get it here.

Lil Uzi Vert is a Warner Music artist. Uproxx is an independent subsidiary of Warner Music Group.
